The animal is then stood on a naturalistic bronze base which is then mounted to a lovely rouge marble plinth. The bronze is signed to the corner by the artist and dated ‘1915’. The bronze is also stamped ‘R.B.W.’ to show that the fantastic quality bronze was produced by the Roman Bronze Works showing the sheer quality of the piece.
