This is an antique Pembrokeshire spinning chair. A Welsh, carved oak work stool, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880. The crown atop the long backrest features a delightful heart motif. Eye-catching water dragon relief to the backrest, the fins portrayed as acanthus carvings.
