This panel is hand carved pierced asian lotus motif mahogany furniture or cabinet insert. It is a lustrous deep red mahogany color. There is a hole in the top and some notches cut out of the left side. There hasn't been any restoration and this is a salvage piece that would make an evocative decorative piece on its own or installed in a piece of furniture. It measures 8 1/8" high and 8 7/8" wide. It is about 1/2" thick. Please inspect the photos carefully for condition and detail and feel free to ask questions.
