As far as wear goes, the stool is in good condition for its age, but it does have a couple of faults. Firstly, the stool doesn't height adjust anymore and just spins freely. This is probably due to the metal treads inside being worn over time. Secondly, the stool is solid, but it does have what looks like a repair on the wood, which can be seen in the last picture. That said, it is still an absolutely beautiful stool, which is still more than usable. Please see all the pictures. It will be well packed for postage.
