From the 1920s or 30s. The first picture depicts the actual color ….some of the other pictures came out a little bit lighter. There are no tears or rips. It does have a couple of stains on it that I didn’t try to get out because I didn’t want to ruin it. I circled them in the pictures. This is a very cool piece marked “Made in France” on the back.
