A beautiful late-Victorian / Edwardian domestic storage stool box in solid English oak. Features a beautifully padded brown leather seat top finished with traditional dome-headed upholstery tacks, making it sturdy enough to use as an extra fireside or hallway seat. The wood has darkened over the years, but the stool/ storage box is solid and well made. It is just under 16" tall and just under 18" wide. Please see all the pictures.
