Period: Late 19thC. One side remains unpainted as per the photographs, so it was obviously positioned flush to a wall. The very large painted pine column or pedestal cupboard standing at over five feet high and of classical form, the whole being painted in buff cream with turquoise veins to simulate Italian marble, one side with a cupboard door opening to reveal two interior shelves, and surviving from nineteenth century central Italy.
