A chance to own a piece of history. This antique, hand-carved folk art chair was in the German Hospital at Pinehill in Hertfordshire. The hospital was run by German nuns. Presumably all the furniture was brought with them so the chair must be at least 19th century. It was obtained in the 1970s when the hospital was sold off.
