Ornate Vintage Brass Peerage Reliquary Casket Jewellery Box depicting scenes Canterbury Cathedral and commemorating Chaucer No marks on this to indicate maker This box is a perfect place to keep special small items: a small rosary photos or jewelry. Measurements are: 13cm x 9cm and stands 6.5cm tall Good vintage pre-owned condition - It was very tarnished when I first got it I have cleaned up to some degree - It would polish up a lot higher if desired and there is still traces of cleaning polish in some of the crevices of the design. The actual lettering where it says Chaucer is a little worn away from handling on the front panel - less so on the back panel of the box
