This antique panel is from France and dates to the early 1800’s. This was once a panel on a French cabinet. It is made from solid oak finished to a warm dark color. The carvings are very well done and very intricate. Overall it is in excellent condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Note that there are woodworm holes and a hole in the center of the panel that has been filled (see photos). Dimensions: 12.25" wide, 3.25" tall and .75" deep.
