This sweet and feminine French portrait miniature from the mid-to-late 1800s, is delicately hand-painted on porcelain with remarkable attention to detail. You can see the fine wisps of hair, soft blush of her cheek, and her kind expression. She rests in an ornate gilt brass frame crowned with a ribbon crest. Frame and painting are both in excellent condition. Such a lovely piece for collectors of antique miniatures. I’ve priced her very fairly. 3”x3.75”
