Circa 1901 to 1911. The desk lid does not lock as it has a slight bow in it even though the key does actually lock the lock. The lid is still fully functional and working other than that. The drop down lid is attached to brass stays which both work well to push out automatic supports which are lined in green felt to protect the lid front as shown in pictures.
