EDWARDIAN OAK SMOKER’S CABINET, COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL KEY. Dating from early 20th century (circa 1900-1920). Made from solid oak with a sloped, bevelled-edge top and a single glass-panelled door. Two small internal drawers with round pull knobs and vertical slots to hold smoking pipes. Includes the original metal escutcheon plate, lock and all important barrel key. Measures 36.5cm high, 28cm wide and 20cm deep. Weight is 2.85kg. In very good condition with minor, superficial age-related wear. The last photo shows a hairline split on the side of the base which does not detract from its overall quality.
