A stunning piece of bed frame history in very good condition. This was found in a top bedroom in an Edwardian period property in North Norfolk. The family who owed the house from London had used it as a holiday home only over 59 years so the bed has had hardly any use. The spring base stretcher has lots of spring and no rust which is very rare. The bed may have been in the house since it was built around 1900. All decoration is there and this unique colour is stunning. Gold and duck egg green very on trend. Simply a masterpiece in early Edwardian bed design.
