An antique copper hanging pot or cauldron with a solid cast iron handle. It looks to have been plated with nickel or tin but this has mostly worn of giving it nice shabby chic appearance. Suitable for use as a planter, jardiniere or display piece. The aged copper surface has developed an attractive patina consistent with age and use. Condition: Antique condition obviously well used, one of the handle brackets has Bern replaced in the past. General surface wear, dents, scratches to exterior. Water marks oxidation and areas of rust to interior. Still displays well and is a solid piece. Dimensions: Height 15cm, width of top 6.5cm, width of base 18cm. Weight: 1kg
