These are ALL 3D cast iron, not just thin stamped tin. These were used on higher quality trunks to protect the edges and to enhance the look of the trunk. Can be attached with trunk nails. These pieces would have been originally black, they have only been lightly cleaned of surface rust, but can be highly buffed and clear coated or painted.
