This solid Cast iron Lidded urn is c 1910-1920 and is believed to be of Continental probably French Design. With solid bronze stem and bronze finial of an aviator. Lidded with a hexagonal centre fitted shape for lid and base.. The Cast iron is showing signs of rust throughout commensurate with age. Ribbed design adorns the outside rising to the figurine atop. There is no damage to the lovely bronzes stem or finial. Standing at 30 cm high it is an impressive piece.
