A lovely antique carved Welsh penetance chair. The pegged chair back is carved with a thistle, a shamrock, a leek and a rose. The seat has a geometric design carved on it and stands on 3 legs carved with a heart, club and diamond. The chair is in good sound condition, it does show some wear as to be expected from age and use. Height 90cm, seat diameter 30.5cm, seat height 30cm.
