Unusual late 19th.c. carved giltwood open shelves or whatnot c.1890. Serpentine shaped top with a moulded edge over four conforming shelves (max depth 13½"). Carved acanthus detail to the apron around the top and below the bottom shelf, scrolling corbels and flower heads carved in high relief to the front stiles top and bottom, scrolling acanthus front feet.
