Antique kitchen cutter for cabbage or herbs, believed to be from North America (only because I discovered it with other items from that neck of the woods). This simple cutter has a polished steel blade (still sharp) and a fruitwood (probably pear) handle. It is stamped on one face of the blade "No. 49". The blade is 15.5cm wide and the overall height is 15.5cm. This is both a nice antique and functional kitchen tool.
