Antique Naval Bronze and Ebony rolling parallel chart ruler. Made by A. Edgell & Co of London. Also marked 'GLC'(?) and 19??. Works/ slides as new. Has seen some use and has a couple of age related splits in ebony. Very solid still. Approx 310 mm long. Please see photos. Please see my other items.
