Think this was originally a picture frame though it has depth and maybe someone stuck a mirror in it at some stage as remnants of some kind of adhesive on back this comes off easily The main issue is there was some kind of cartouche or plaque at top middle which has been removed probably because it was silver Hopefully you can make something of this 43 cm tall and 33cm wide 3.5cm depth
