Antique bronze bust of Ludwig van Beethoven after the celebrated model by Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse (1824–1887). Signed “A. Carrier” to the reverse. Standing approximately 20 cm high and weighing 1.6 kg. Presented on integral socle base with original threaded construction. Attractive aged patina throughout. Has a very nice look on display. Great item.
