An Arts and Crafts style oak joint stool, likely from the Cotswold School or heavily influencedby them. It has the traditional through tenon joints visible on the top and sides. Constructed from solid oak, with a dark, waxed finish. This type of functional, handmade furniture is characteristic of the early 20th-century Arts and Crafts movement, popularized by designers like Edward Barnsley. 21.5cm tall, 37 x 22cm wide, in excellent antique condition, with expected signs of age and wear.
