This is one of the nicest Arts and Crafts oak book troughs I have seen. The colour and quality of the timber is exceptional. It is quarter sawn and has ebony pegging. The crispness of the carving is so good. It is in excellent condition and is both decorative and functional. It measures 48cm wide, 25cm deep and 27.5cm tall.
