Here is a antique original, dated 1919,matching numbered and stamped H Hughes and Son, Ltd. London, Sextant. The dated paper label incased on the lid has number 9242 on it and on the brass sextant it's self has stamped 9242 on it as well. Both matching. In the corner of the brass sextant also has stamped Husun. Below the incased paper label is also another paper label that has Negus on it. Looks to all be complete. I am no expert. Original antique wood case with brass handle. Top lid is missing a name plate?. No key and one turn locking tab on the front of the box is missing. All in all, still in very nice condition for being from 1919. All the brass and the sextant look to be in very nice, no pits or discoloration on it. Thanks and have a Blessed Day
