Antique Art Nouveau sterling silver buckle by William Kerr an American silversmith. Buckle features a Gibson girl who appears to be swimming among waves. Marked sterling and with maker's mark and numbered 830. Measures together - 4 x 1 1/8 inches, 10.16 x 2.84 cm Weight - 25.89 grams. CONDITION: Her nose and chin are a bit flat. See pics.
