ANTIQUE 18TH CENTURY FRENCH ROYAL VELVET EMBROIDERY TEXTILE MARIE ANTOINETTE?

Here is a VERY interesting textile from the 18th century. At first glance I thought this was a liturgical textile and thought the M and the A were for "Ave Maria" but on second look it seems the M precedes the A. Could this be for Marie Antoinette?.
