Measures approximately 9 inches wide x 7.5 inches deep. 1890’s made by Joseph Stankey, marked JS&B (B is believed to stand for Bilston) also known as Neptune artware. Very nice art nouveau piece, scalloped top with ornate pressed floral designs in the pan.
