Presented is a fine English Georgian sterling silver platter spoon or stuffing spoon. The spoon has a rounded handle with the monogram BM on the end. The spoon is hallmarked on the reverse with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard’s head crowned for London, the date letter “T” for 1814, the duty mark of King George III’s head, and a maker’s mark of TB for Thomas Barker.
