Antique mid 17th century English carved oak low-backed wainscot joined armchair with nice thick arms nicely dovetailed into the back rails. Probably Westmorland in origin (see example from Chinnery's Oak Furniture: The British Tradition, in final photo). H 85.5 cm x SH 44 cm
