This is an antique papal nuncio letter from Cardinal Angelo (possibly Francesco Angelo Rapaccioli) to Annibale Bentivoglio who was the titular archbishop of Thebes. He had then been appointed as the Apostolic Nuncio to Florence. This letter is welcoming him to the city of Florence. Given this letter’s age it is in Very good condition with minimal fading as it is still legible and been kept out of the light. It does have some creasing. See all photos for details.
