American Brilliant Period ABP Cut Glass 9in Low Bowl - Thick, Heavy - U-Notch!

The water-clear blank is 3/8" thick and very heavy, typical of glass from the early part of the period. I estimate this to be from circa 1890. The design is a three-peat, featuring 20-point hobstars atop 9-blade fans within balloon shaped fields.
