This is a fantastic Stuart document ( land charter or deed )It would look great framed and put on the wall. I have attempted to have it translated and included my effort. It is written in Latin. There is a later 17th century note on the back. It refers to a rent of one Penny at Michaelmas ( 29th September ). Size 14 x 6 inches approx. Condition. Good
