This vintage toleware spice box with a central nutmeg grater, dating back to around 1900. It is a charming piece of Victorian-era kitchenalia. An original antique item with a nutmeg grater and nutmeg. The toleware is black and had the usual marks of use over 100 years. Although there is a mechanism to lock it it does not have a padlock. The diameter is 7 inches.
