A Very Nice Pair Of Victorian Turned Mahogany Folding Casket Stands, Circa 1860s Probably made in the 1860’s to 1880’s Solid turned mahogany, with brass hinges and brass capped ball feet Found in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Most likely made locally in this area. Size: 23” tall, 15 1/2” deep, 6” across folded 22” tall, 21” wide open. Condition: as found condition. Appears to retain an early if not original finish. Paint splatter, and old saw marks from when someone probably used them as saw horses. Typical use and wear marks associated with age and use. Casket sold separately.
