This rare spoon is from the ottoman empire and dates back to between 1840 and 1923, unfortunately it has been broken at some time in its past and repaired. I am not sure if the little flowers and bird on the spoon are silver. starting this off a 900 scrap silver price. picture is shown off the hallmark for 900 grade.
