A handsome mixed set of four Lancashire Spindleback Chairs, each one different, with lovely colour and patina, the rush seats ok, and structurally sound with marks and wear commensurate with age. C1840, each design on these chairs indicates a different area of manufacture. On a couple of the seats the rushing is loser but still serviceable. 48 cms wide by 40 by 95 high. Seat height:43 cms.
