There's no age to this , but it really took my eye , theres something about it Signed and dated 2006 the rim is iron and the base appears to be copper or brass the two parts braised together, the base patinated verdigris with solder decoration and other , it has a hole in the rim so it was possibly meant to be hung, made from recycled scrap materials there is Embossed manufacturing marks on it It's just a nice thing that's taken a lot of thought and time, useful too !
