These pair are anywhere between 150 to 200 years old given the way the Rosh (head piece) has been created! These types have not been made for over 100 years! As a side point, I was in the Israel Museum in Jerusalem recently on their exhibit of Jewish ritual objects and for the Teffilin they used a small cheap pair of Genizah found pair.
