19th century ormolu bronze Equestrian desk piece inkwell!

Very crisp detail especially base decoration. Top part is ormolu bronze statuette of two horses in playful pose on a foliage decorated base the base is decorated around with 3 3 winged lions and acanthus leaf pattern on a 5 stepped plinth base.
