This lovely 19th century English wood stool/footstool features a woven rush seat and turned legs and turned stretchers, embodying the Arts & Crafts Movement style. High quality craftsmanship is indicated by the subtle details i.e. baluster-turned legs in solid oak. The stretchers are also intricately turned. The rush rope seat has a striped pattern .Measuring 36cm in length and 30cm in height, this unique country stool could be used as a footstool or child’s seat.
