A genuine 19th-century Dutch wooden tool chest, retaining its original painted and stencilled folk art decoration. Constructed in pine with traditional plank build, iron hinges and carry handles. There is edge wear, paint loss, surface rubbing, age-related splits, and knocks, all consistent with age and use.
