This is a 1930s Webster (?). Sterling Silver Weighted 4" Table Bell EUC. Is this a Webster bell?. I don't know for sure. It is marked only "Sterling Weighted" on one side of the handle (bottom) and I needed a jeweler's loupe to even read it.
