1915 Pair Tot Glasses with Sterling Silver Bases VERY UNUSUAL

The silver is hallmarked for Birmingham 1915 with maker's mark JBC & S. J.B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd. A single glass weighs approx. 39.2g and the other is bang on 40grams. Looks like one of the silver bases has been re-glued back to its glass top.
