Antique used soverieng dispencer. Couple of dents on one side and another couple of dents and scratches on the over. Loop is a little loose but still attached without fear of coming loose. Hallmarked with loin for silver sterling; F for the year of it's make, 1905; anchor for city of Birmingham; E. J. H (Edward J. Houlton) intials, the 'E' has faded a little however you can just make out half of the 'E'.
