On the 2nd of October 1742 she married Francis Scott, the Earl of Dalkeith who was the 2nd son of the Duke of Buccleuch. He died in 1750. Single deed on three sheets of vellum. Lady Caroline Campbell 1717-1794 was a daughter of John Campbell, the 2nd Duke of Argyll.
